The soil beneath our distillery carries generations of knowledge. We're the only Vermont maker in the Estate Whiskey Alliance, meaning we grow, mill, and distill everything ourselves, right here on our land.
From the family farm to your glass
At Boyden Valley Spirits, our farm-to-glass whiskey begins where it always has — in the soil. Grown on the ancient seabed soils of the Champlain Valley, our grains are cultivated with the same care, pride, and respect for the land that has guided generations before us. Every bottle is a tribute to family, perseverance, and the enduring magic of this farm we are honored to call home.

We farm 80 acres of grain varieties that age for years in our barrels, producing distinct whiskey expressions. We turn Vermont soil into something worth drinking, from the first seed planted to the moment it reaches your glass.

Bourbon Farm
This whiskey is only achievable through the finest of distillations before entering the bottle.
High in malted barley at 10% of the mashbill, 20% rye and 70% corn.
Aged in a #3 Kelvin Cooperage barrel instead of a typical #4. instilling richer wood flavors with less charcoal.

Our single cask Farm Strength bourbon whiskey is a direct expression of our farm and heritage. Each cask is unique and are chosen to stand on their own.
